Very disappointed with the flowers that were sent as I had used Debenham's flowers before with no issue. They were chosen under the tab, sympathy. They were wilting, with petals falling off and looked very sorry for themselves compared to the image online that was full and bright. They arrived apparently well packaged, so unlikely that they were damaged in transit.
Debenhams's offered an upgraded bouquet but this was not an option as the time for the sentiment had passed. The recipients were appalled at the quality and lack of thought that went in to their bouquet. That someone thought that it was acceptable. In their words .. it looked like it was made from Christmas leftovers.
I will not be using them again.
