Having paid an additional cost for a larger bouquet I was surprised to find that the bunch of flowers my friend received were nothing short of something you could purchase from Tesco, in store. Such a reputable company as Debenhams I thought I would receive a quality looking bunch that warranted the cost.
Receiving this survey email has certainly felt a bit of salt in the wound as I had ordered the bouquet for my friend after a traumatic birth of her son.
I do not expect a response to this but can advise I will not be purchasing from Debenhams flowers again!
