Quality of flowers was very good, lasted well with buds to come out. Colour of bouquet just as photo and blooms as described. Well packaged & promptly delivered. My mistake that I forgot to include gift message at time of order. Sent email to customer services immediately with requested message but this was never responded to & the flowers reached the recipient without them knowing who from! My error but disappointing there was noreply. Would use service again & have recommended already. Thank you.
