I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say that the service was excellent and the flowers were actually, pretty good. Ordering from the website was simple and the automated mails were useful. I was able to track the Valentine's Day delivery, via DPD to the hour. To have delivery on the Sunday, was useful. The flowers were in good condition and arrived well packed. They were pretty and my wife loved them. They lasted only a week, tho. I have had others that lasted longer, but we were happy. I'd say well done to Debenhams on this occasion. Thanks
