Good points:
- Ordering was quick and painless
- Delivery arrived relatively early on the scheduled date
Bad points:
- Flowers didn't last more than 4 days even with plant food they supplied
- Vase I ordered arrived broken
- Customer service is painfully slow. Emailed the evening of delivery (Thursday, 11 Feb) and only received a response 5 days later (Tuesday, 16 Feb). Due to the delay I decided to call them on the Monday and was made to hold by the automated answering service for 40 minutes before a human spoke to me. I chose to use the email method instead as it is less time consuming on my part albeit pathetically slow in response times. Follow up email of 16 Feb was only responded to on 22 Feb.
I was given a refund for the broken base in the end (29 Feb). If the case wasn't broken then maybe I wouldn't mind recommending Debenhams Flowers but the pathetic customers service makes this impossible. I therefore do not recommend Debenhams Flowers.
