The product was fine. The service was poor. The message I had elected to put on the flowers was no longer acceptable and after being on hold and passed through menus for 45 minutes I decided to send an email to change the message on the flowers.
This email was ignored until after the flowers had been delivered. I was then offered a remedy by one of the staff at Debenhams, one that I accepted, but I heard nothing back from this member of staff after this.
