I ordered flowers and a vase as a gift. The gift was sent directly to the recipient. The recipient called me to say thank you and that the flowers were lovely but the vase was broken. I have been trying for a week now (emails/calls) to get someone at Debenhams to deal with this issue but no one seems to care. I will keep trying.
