Well what can I say? An awful service. Ordered a large bunch of Lily's, costing over £30, to be delivered to my fiancés work. They arrived, a very small bunch of flowers so I was a little disappointed but the big disappointment was that only a few buds opened and the majority died before they blossomed, incredibly poor value. Compare this to a bunch from Sainsbury's a few weeks before for Valentines Day for over half the price and the difference is massive. Sainsbury's obviously care about quality unlike Debnemham's.
The biggest insult is that I have contacted the customer care team via email on two different occasions and still not heard back. Incredibly bad customer service and if I were you avoid at all costs! Very poor indeed.
