The only positive is that the flowers arrived on Mothers Day.
Theye were not as ordered and the alternative supply, an orchid, was dead within 2 weeks. For the price paid the quality of flowers provided was very poor and the customer service was little better.
I did eventually get a full refund but only after constant chasing.
Will never use Debenhams Flowers again.
