Flowers ordered, arrived 2 days late than agreed. Two complaint emails sent - no reply. Telephone - hung up after 10 mins of no answer. Finally got through to a very friendly agent, refund paid.
Would i buy from Debenhams flowers again, or recommend Debenhams to a friend? Probably not.
