Unfortunately this may not be the response you would like to hear. I ordered flowers for my mother in Swindon for mothers day. Using Debenhams as well established retail name advertising their floral facility. My Mother phoned us after receipt/ delivery of her flowers with the following response. 'Thank you for the flowers and the nice thought. I feel however it only right to let you know and hope you do not take offence. The flowers were in very poor condition'. 'The box they came in was very nice but unfortunately the contents did not match'. Later that week when speaking to my mother she told us the flowers had withered within a few days and that whatever we had paid for them she would not want us to do it again.
I have in previous years used a local florist to deliver and have not experienced any issues. My choice this year to try a larger retail supplier may have proved to be a wrong decision. I did consider contacting you earlier to give some feedback on this experience but decided not to as delivery of flowers on Mothers day is quite a large logistical event and I put it down to bad luck. I am glad you decided to send this feedback form so you are aware of our/ my mothers experience.
