I ordered some flowers for a friend who was upset because her dog had died and paid extra for a named day as I knew my friend would be in. The flowers didn't arrive as expected on the day or the day after or the day after that. I can't remember if they arrived 4 or 5 days late but it was totally unacceptable. When the flowers finally arrived they were OK but won't be using Debenhams again I will be going back to Interflora who are very good but I just fancied a change. Wrong decision!
