I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my Mum for Mothers Day. The flowers were delivered as requested on Saturday 5 March but my Mum was so disappointed with the bouquet. The petals of the carnations were going brown and the roses were dropping. Luckily the lillies were ok.
I was really upset that the flowers fell short of the usual high Debenhams standard.
After several emails, and a phone call, to Debenhams Flowers Customer Services I have no received my money back.
