The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day were dying already, the petals had brown edges. Very embarrassing to be told that by your mum. The lilies did not open either. I called Debenhams who were very responsive and sent a replacement a few days later, which seemed fine. The customer service was good after the fact, but I will not use Debenhams Flower service again as the company they are using are clearly not to the standard I’d expect from Debenhams.
