My order was held at the post office for two days and flowers was dead because of that.
Very bad experience as they tryed to deliver flowers 10 minutes before closing post office so had no chance to collect it anyway.
Personally I think cut flowers shouldn't be delivered by post but courier. Inspite of paying extra for fast delivery I was disapinted and angry at the end.
