The flowers arrived on date required but part of the order was left out, a Happy Birthday Balloon, which I paid £5:00 extra for. This made my birthday gift gesture ineffective, for its purpose. I tried phoning, no joy, my emails were acknowledged but so far, my grievance has not been resolved or a rebate implemented, in anyway, shape or form.
Most disappointed in your customer relations services. And I will not use your flower delivery service again.
