Having ordered some flowers from Debenhams for Mothers day, I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived in a timely manner on the slot provided - that is where the pleasantries stop. Since then, the roses in the bouquet died within a week (not unexpected for cut roses kept inside), BUT this was a whole 3 weeks before the lilies opened (or rather didn't open) - so much so that the lilies were then thrown in the bin because they NEVER opened. I contacted "customer services" on 18th March as I was unsatisfied with the quality. Having received no response within their "two day" guideline, I then waited and contacted them again on the 24th March. It is now the 4th April and having received no reply on both occasions again in March, I have been forced to send the third email to complain about now not only the quality of product, but the total lack of customer service, despite again receiving an automated reply to say someone would get back to me in two days. The flowers were not cheap, and they certainly were not of a good quality, especially for such a time as mothers day. The service has been disgraceful and to this date, nearly a month later, I still have had no response from your supposed customer services team. Wouldn't purchase from you again.
