I am very disappointed to have to leav.e such a damning review. My daughter asked me to help her to order flowers for her Mum on Mother's Day. She had an offer on O2 priority and at least a week before Mother's Day she asked me to help her with my credit card to order flowers and have them delivered. She arranged for delivery the day before to ensure that it would be there on time. It didn't arrive on that day or Mother's Day, but the day AFTER Mother's Day. She was so disappointed that we went out the night before to buy her Mum chocolates as the flowers didn't arrive.
This was bad enough, but they didn't arrive until the day after Mother's Day, and in very poor condition. So poor that even though my wife put them straight into water when they arrived about 12.30 on the Monday, but they still had to be binned on the nex day - Tuesday. This was also desperately disappointing.
ALL OF THIS WAS BAD BUT I THEN EMAILED ( Unable to get a phone number to call!) ON THE MONDAY AND AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON THE DEBENHAM'S WEBSITE. NO ANSWER TO EITHER OF MY EMAILS.
This was exceptionally poor after sales service. Totally disgusted personally.
I have never used DEBENHAM'S online services before, and CERTAINLY WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN!
