Ordered flowers for a specific date and they were delivered on another day.
Website asked if I wanted the flowers left on the door step if no one was at home, I said yes. I then received a message from the delivery company saying that they had been unable to leave them on the door step as this was against their policy.
Contacted Debenhams to complain they offered a credit as a good will gesture. Weeks later I haven't received the credit.
Suffice to say I won't be using them again or recommending them!
