Here is a copy of the email I sent on the 9th of March to support@debenhamflowers.com to which I have had no response.
Hi,
I am writing to say how disappointed both myself and my mum were with the quality of th flowers she received for Mother's Day.
The flowers were delivered on Saturday. By the time Monday came several of the flowers had died without even opening up.
I feel that the flowers were a waste of money and wouldn't recommend your flowers to anyone now.
