Dreadful service!!!! The flowers that turned up looked nothing like the picture. Turned out at least one of the flowers were substituted without them bothering to inform me!!! I bought that particular bouquet as the person they were for hates pale coloured flowers and the roses and lillies were meant to be all bright and gorgeous! What turned up was pale horrible roses (the substiution) and the lillies were also no where near as vibrant as online. Flowers were also very rough and battered. Took over a week to get in contact with customer services, over numerous emails and phonecalls. At least 2 of the phonecalls I was in a queue for over half an hour (one time I gave up, the second one was when I actually got through). Eventually after speaking someone was told to send pictures to prove my issues! Good job I'd taken some when they arrived as by that point the flowers had all died! I sent these over and on the same day received a reply to state that they had substituted some and considering I wasn't happy they were going to give me store credit to use on another flower purchase! I couldn't believe it!!!!! CREDIT! As if I am EVER going to use this service again! I replied with this and stated I wanted a FULL refund including postage which they obliged. My favourite line in this email was 'thank you for confirming your preferred method of refund' HA, they hadn't offered me this I had to ask for it!
In conclusion, if you're happy for the flowers you order to not be ANYTHING like the ones on the website and for some ATROCIOUS customer service if anything goes wrong I recommend this service. However, my advice would be to not touch this service with a barge pole!
