Recipient was pleased with the flowers and they were delivered on time. However, she didn't know who they were from because my name wasn't provided with the delivery, and I couldn't find a place when purchasing to write a personalised message, either because there wasn't a place or because it wasn't obvious. Also, because the tracking system was down on the royal mail website I didn't know if they’d been delivered and didn't want to phone her and spoil the surprise, so there was some confusion which could have been avoided.
