very happy with delivery and total service .. only mistake was on my part forgot to put note on flowers to say who they were from but the friend who the flowers were for stated she rang call centre and spoke to a very polite man and he in turn rang me to ask if he could say who flowers were from .. very impressed with that .. re the flowers havent seen them my self but apparently they are beautiful .. and made her day .. would use again .....
