The website advertised free UK next day delivery and for this reason I chose Debenhams and placed the order. However, having chosen my flowers and having placed the order on the 30th April the delivery date was shown for much later and the flowers were actually delivered on the 6th May.
I personally find this shocking as your advertising is misleading. There is some disclaimer stating that fresh cut flowers require longer but from next day delivery to almost a week later is a considerable difference and misleading. In fact I intend to contact Debenhams to investigate as to why the flowers were delivered so late.
