I felt the flowers were easy to order and were delivered as agreed and Sunday delivery perfect for my son's birthday. I saw the flowers after the delivery - loved the presentation etc BUT The flowers were guaranteed for seven days - one flower wasn't that healthy on arrival and I removed it from the bunch immediately and another had to be removed from the bunch on Monday. I am disappointed with the quality of blooms - my experience of sunflowers is that they are usually robust and last for some time - hence I am very disappointed. I look forward to hearing from you.
