The flowers we received were in very poor condition. I had them delivered on May 18th for my wife while I was away and when I returned the following day May 19th she had to cut the stems of the roses as they had softened at the bottom and also the lilies stems had also turned to mush and could not be saved. Please advise as my wife was very disappointed.
