The flowers were ordered for my Mother's birthday and I paid for next day delivery. I received an email on the evening of her birthday to say they hadn't been delivered, too late for me to do anything about it. This was on a Friday evening and I was given a customer service number I could ring the following Monday. They sent them the next day and said they would refund the delivery cost which still hasn't been refunded.
Another bunch turned up on the Sunday. The fact that she got two bunches edged the rating up from very poor but as they missed her birthday and the delivery cost hasn't been refunded (which was a fairly empty gesture in the first place) it isn't a service I would use again.
