I placed order on your online portal, it advised me if I paid for the premium service the flowers would be delivered the next day, I placed order on a Friday evening.
The flowers however where not delivered untill the Wednesday, I even raised complain and sent evidence of the screeen shot stating when order would be delivered, even after complaint heard nothing back.
The flowered where pointless as arrived to late
