i wasnt happy at first ordered the blessed flowers states to be delivered in bud ,the roses part arrived fully open,sent e-mail with a photo my relative had sent me of the flowers was sent a e-mail saying the flowers would be replaced,then had a phone call from the suppliers apologizing and saying they would get a replacement order of flowers out the next day,they duly did and included a box of chocolates ,but again the roses were not divered in bud but fully open!!!!!!!!
