I ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday 25th March in time for Mothers Day. However they didn't arrive even though received email stating they had been delivered. Called customer service on Sunday and they were very helpful and advised I left it until later that day as there had been a problem.
However when they didn't arrive I tried on numerous occasions to contact customer service on the Sunday and Monday but there was a problem with the call being connected.
I have ended up today with my money refunded, which was done speedily but unfortunately NO plant for my mum.
