Original order of 2 separate bunches the flowers for Mothers day and a nearby Birthday. Both were half dead on delivery, and not reflective of the picture. Additionally delivery company clearly did not take any note of delivery instructions and did not care about how they delivered.
When I complained I had to chase, but was eventually fully refunded and offered complimentary credit.
I subsequently used this credit, and paid extra, for a large bunch of white roses and purple freschias. Photo looked stunning but freschias were white and bunch was no larger than a standard supermarket bunch!! Flowers were delivered upside down by delivery company and box was falling apart.
Very disappointed by quality of flowers, and their courier, for a high quality brand such as Debenhams
