Went to Westwood Cross Debenhams today, used the coffee shop very very bad service. We got served very fast, however at 2.59pm there was very little snacks etc on sale, we opted for the afternoon special a slice of cake and a coffee, which to be fair was great. However the young lady who served us was very nice but the poor girl served us then had to rush to the tiil to take our money, there were several people behind us all waiting to be served. When we sat down I noticed there were 7 tables full of used crockery and no attempt made to clear these, customers were picking these up and moving them to clear a table for themselves. We noted at 3.10 customers were asking for the cake/tea offer and they were sold out, so that left very little choice for food.
