I placed an order with Debenhams Plus on 1/1/16 and requested a delivery on 13/1/16, I paid with PayPal and the money was transferred immediately on 1/1/16. I received a confirmation email acknowledging payment and confirming delivery would be 13/1/16. Expecting them to keep their promise I took a day off work to receive the item, around midday I received an email saying that delivery would be on 14/1/16. Attempting to contact them was like trying to break into Fort Knox but when I did finally get through the service was unhelpful to say the least. The woman dealing with me at first stated that no delivery date was quoted on my order. I refuted this as I had in front of me copies of my original order and their confirmation both of which stated 13/1/16 as the delivery date. She then said there must have been a problem with the payment. I said I had used PayPal and the money was transferred to them on 1/1/16. She couldn't think of any more excuses and I sensed a telephonic shrug of the shoulders and the words 'tough' forming on her lips. She said it was out of Debenhams hands and if I wanted to pursue it any further I should contact the delivery company.
Yes Debenham Plus are good price wise' but if you do order from them expect hassle, and don't expect your goods to arrive on time.
