My partner ordered a long sleeve shirt online, when it arrive it was short sleeve, he ordered it again and the same thing happened, got in contact with the store and they dispatched a long sleeve shirt out to him and told him to free return the first two shirts and he got a refund for one of them. When the dispatched one arrived it was also short sleeve. He got in contact with them again and they refused to refund the shirt and advised him to order again. He refused and asked for it to be sorted, they supposedly escalated his issue and said they would call him back the next day. This didn't happen and my partner called them, and this happened many times and it has been a month since the original problem and it has not been resolved. He still has not received a refund for one shirt and has since spent £50 on calling them as they refused to call him back when they said they would and wouldn't give them the number that wouldn't cost him!
Awful customer service, definitely not worth spending your money with them.
