I just bought a smartphone and I paid £5 for next day delivery(it did not happen).O the website is a big writing, If you order by 9pm you have next day delivery, I order by 8.20pm confirm by customer service .When I email to claim my money back I have answer' 'Unfortunately you placed your order at 20:39 on Monday evening. Unfortunately this is after our cut off point. Therefore we cannot process a refund for this.
The item is being delivered to you today and dpd will provide a 1 hour time slot for you.
