I ordered two speakers for presents for Christmas. Firstly they were delivered and left outside my house covered in a dusty front door mat, secondly they weren't packaged at all so there are stickers and despatch notes stuck to the boxes which look rubbish when you're giving a present. I contacted customers services at a costs of 13p per minute plus extras and was told that's how they come. I looked into returning them and I am supposed to send written confirmation of the cancellation (which I would if there was an email address provided) and secondly there would be recorded delivery charges etc etc to pay. I will never be using this site again - I will just stick to Amazon who have got all the basics right (packaging, customer service). Debenhams plus?
