This company should not be allowed to trade under the Debenham Brand. I brought a robotic vacuum that did not hoover much up. Did not return home and the mop function was a 2cm x10cm square piece of cloth which you had to wet yourself!. I complained and after a few emails was authorised! A return. I had to pay for the return and meet a,list of requirements. After 10days I had heard nothing so I called.I was told it had been received and that I would get a 10% reduction on my refund as the item had been used and the box was damaged. I complained advised the company I had video footage of the item not working properly said it was not fit for purpose and the box was never damaged. I also had photos of all the packaging. After getting authorisation I was issued a full refund. I am now waiting on my return cost and phone call charges to be refunded. DO NOT USE DEBENHAM PLUS IT DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS DEBENHAM AND SHOULD NOT BE AFFLIALATED WITH DEBENHAMS
