I bought a Tovhiba TV 32BV501B last year (still in warranty), but it is not working properly, and I only have it for 10 months. I tried to contact Toshiba for repair/service, but still after 2 months they are not doing anything. I contacted Debenhams then, because they say in their site that if the manufacturer is not helping, they will replace/refund the TV...that is NOT TRUE!! They replied after 6-8 emails that I sent them, and they said that they can only do if I provide them with a "reference letter" from Toshiba...but of course Toshiba said that they have never done something similar, and that 'letter' does not exist for them!!! I will NEVER buy anything from Debenhams Plus again, and of course nothing from Toshiba!!! Such a waste of money and my time!!
