Quite surprised/confused that I received really decent customer service, considering all the negative reviews on here I was dreading dealing with the returns process but after getting a dodgy Electriq TV from them I requested a return and sent them pictures of the problem, took a few weeks but they sent someone to collect it and on the same day I got an email saying the refund had been processed.
Not saying this redeems them as a company as people are clearly having a LOT of problems with them, and I find the fact they are just Buy It Direct/Appliances Direct/Laptops Direct paying to use the Debenhams brand to imply quality is quite sketchy, but my experience was pretty smooth.
