Got to say your online delivery service it's an absolute joke and to say im annoyed is an understatement.
After spending over £500 and subscribing to Next Day Delivery at an Extra Cost, for me to be told it's not arriving on that day and will be a further 2 MORE DAYS.
2 DAYS LATER I receive another email to say my item will not be delivered on that day but will be ANOTHER further 2 DAYS.
So after initially ordering my item for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, it's actually took you 7 bloody days(SO FAR THAT IS).
I will wait till the So-called exspected delivery on Friday but I'm not holding my breath.
I've never known a so called large retail outlet to be so poor when it comes to customer care!!!! 😠
