Ordered a set of headphones on a Sunday and received email on Tuesday to say they had been dispatched and to expect them on Thursday. On Wednesday received email to say the headphones were out of stock and to phone to arrange refund. Phoned on Wednesday and told would have money by Friday. No refund came through on Friday so phoned again and told Monday but still no refund, now today is Tuesday and just phoned again and told to wait 3-4 working days for my refund. Unacceptable service, they tell me the refund is processing which means they are still trying to organise it so that means I am going to have to wait more than 5 days from now as I need to give time for bank to process the amount.
Will never use debenhamsplus again.
