Do not order from Debenhams. I placed an order in mid December and still haven't received my order over a month later even though my money has been taken.
I have tried to contact customer services by email multiple times, but 2 weeks on, no one has responded.
You can't ring as the phone lines are closed.
I would avoid ordering from Debenhams at all costs because they will take your money but don't provide the goods and don't respond to queries.
This is not only a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is theft. I appreciate they are closing down, which I was sad about, but Debenhams should not be trading if they are not able to provide the services people are paying for. That is theft.
