Ordered 4 items. 2 arrived plus 1 incorrect one (socks!). Customer services refused to send me my missing items or refund me until I returned at my expense the item that was sent to me in error. In desperation to resolve this after about 10 days of emails, I even offered to buy the socks so that they would send me my missing items but they blankly refused. They have stolen my money and I’m at a loss now as to what I can do apart from warn others. DO NOT BUY from Debenhams.com.
