I purchased two items online from Debenhams.I have been a loyal customer and even trusted the company recently.I made two purchases DUX 000336705 Culotte Jump suit \ DUX 000351802 The items were delivered and being too big I returned thro Hermes refP7869225 on20July 2021 I heard nothing and sent many emails.Once I was told they received one item and they will investigate further.Weeks have passed no refund and now I cannot email It is closed to complaints no phone no no emails.Yet they advertise to sell more items .Please help me to recover my money from Debenhams .
