Purchasing through the website was easy. Update on delivery was a bit chaotic, initially confirming delivery, then stating it was delayed. However, it came as per original time frame. My biggest complaint is that Evri just threw or dropped my parcel over the fence and left it lying in the rain. It was only be chance I seen it in the garden. Debenhams needs to talk to Evri and ensure this practice stops.
