Debenhams is effectively using 3rd parties to drop ship their items. Clearly Debenhams have no control over this and can't/ won't do anything to resolve untrustworthy 3rd party issues. You don't need to shop at Debenhams so DONT risk it!
Everything on offer by Debenhams is available elsewhere, if gambling is your game use Debenhams!
