DO NOT USE DEBENHAMS BEWARE!!!! Ordered a TV unit and it arrived faulty and damaged! At first Debenhams were allowing me to return, however as I was away for Christmas I advised I could only do this after I returned. Once I returned and tried arranging for them to collect, they now no longer wish to accept a return are quoting it’s out of the 30 day period!! Of course it’s out of the period!!! I mentioned this and it was originally fine!!! Now Debenhams are advising that I have joined the unit wrong?? And are brushing of the fact the unit has physical damage when it arrived. Images have been sent and they are now brushing the matter under the carpet! Their customer service is useless and I had to constantly chase up responses. I will NEVER USE DEBENHAMS again!!! Avoid this company!!!! Do NOT use!!!
