I've had horrible expirience with Debenhams customer service. They are not helpful but for over 2 months were sending confusing replies to my emails. I ordered from them 3 sets of beddings and only recieved 1. They kept saying that they were investigating and after multiply emails on my side someone replied that parcel was lost in transit and asked me if I wanted items to be resent or a refund. When I asked for replacement everything started again, they said they investigating again!!! You get reply from multiply different people form their customer service and it looks like they don't even read previoisly sent emails on their side just give you generic reply. So after 2 months I haven't recieved my missing items or refund for them . Defenetely wouldn't reccomend buying anything from their website
