Don’t buy anything from Debenhams. Ordered a Vax vacuum cleaner and they sent me the wrong product. They sent me the basic model instead of the max model advertised. Customer services Darryl would not deal with it and he tried to tell me the product I had received was indeed correct. Luckily I had screenshot my order with what was advertised on Debenhams website yet still Darryl failed to deal with it stating I have to wait and speak with another department on the 27th March! Are you customer services or not Darryl?! One week on still not dealt with and I’m left without a vacuum cleaner! Terrible service. Would I give Debenhams my money again? = Definitely Not!
