I ordered an item which was sent to another address. A photo of deliever was sent to confirm delivery and it wasn't my house. I raised a dispute and they said because it was delivered, that it is no longer their problem. I sent evidence that it was delivered to the wrong address and showed a photo with my door and surrounding ahead. At that point they stopped responding to my correspondences. I've tried via email, instant message and social media. They have no complaints procedure so you can't make a formal complaint. What a joke of a company. They are thieves, they stole my money and washed their hands of any responsibility. Absolutely horrified by my experience.
